The Lunar Codex is a project of Incandence, which has contracted with and provides the payload-designated files to the CLPS subcontractors listed above to include Codex files in their primary payloads. Incandence relies on representation that the payloads will have been provided to the lunar lander partners in a timely manner, and will have conformed to all requirements - including passing payload acceptance, systems integration, test and operational readiness, and flight and launch readiness reviews - for the Moon landings.
